Designated lots can be hired as permanent lots.

Information on permanent lots
Half the price is due before setting up the caravan, the remaining sum by 20.9 of that year.
(Price includes electricity flat rate)
Opening times:
1st May to 30th September; the campsite is opened till 30th September and can be used up to this date,
but from 15th September onwards you must expect noise disturbances due to necessary works on the campsite.
Visitor’s tax:
May to September: € 1.60 per person/night (aged 16 years and over)
Every permanent camper is committed to enter in the registry books which are to be found at the reception.
Of course this is also essential for a one-night stay.
Please meet your obligation to register; we oppose every responsibility of controls by the registry office.
Winter pitch: € 170.- per caravan incl. wooden floor and so on!
€ 90.- for wooden floor only or other objects left over the winter.
We take no liability for burglaries,
theft or other losses (caused by the weather) concerning the parked caravans.
if they spend the holiday with their parents and are under 18 years old.
So the permanent lot is available for 2 adults, the number of children is not restricted.
Grown up children and anyone accompanying them are regarded as visitors.
The parking of the car is only permitted on you own lot; this is also valid for the early- and post season;
please avoid unnecessary driving on the campsite.
You are responsible for taking care of your lot.

We will try to arrange your stay with us as convenient as possible.
Please pay a lot of attention to the following points:
Permanent lots are not transferable!
Visitors have to pay visitor’s tax and an individual charge!
Daytime visitors have to pay the valid tariff!

Special offers for early and post season
If you are present or if you pay for a minimum of 14 days in May and June -21 days
if there’s only one person occupying the lot - you can leave
your caravan on the lot free of charge for the rest of these 2 months.
However, you are not allowed to use a PVC-sheet in the tent in front of the
caravan and the power cable must be removed during your absence.
